One Way and Senior or Disabled tickets are valid for 60 days from date of purchase. 10-Trip tickets are valid for 120 days from date of purchase. 10-Trip tickets are discounted from the regular One Way fare and cannot be shared by passengers.

A valid State-issued ID card (Medicare/Medicaid card or Driver License) is required to use a Senior or Disabled ticket. People with Disabilities and Senior Citizens age 65 and over are eligible for a reduced fare at all times and, for identification purposes, are issued an unrestricted "REDUCED FARE ID" card. The card has a magenta ink bus/train image printed on its face. The Federal Medicare card may be used as substitute identification. Senior Citizens 62 through 64 are eligible for a reduced fare and, for identification purposes, are issued a restricted "REDUCED FARE ID" card. The restricted card does not have a bus/train image printed on its face, and includes the restricted reduced fare hours of use on the reverse side. The user is permitted to ride at a reduced fare on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and off-peak hours: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM on weekdays.

All children over 40 inches are required to pay the full fare. Charges will appear "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement.

Fare Policy and Ticket Refunds:
A 10% handling charge will be assessed for any customer who requests a cash refund for returned tickets. Refunds are calculated on the value of the individual ticket or tickets used from a ten trip booklet. Refunds will not be honored beyond the ticket expiration date.
